About the Alliance for Improving America's Infrastructure

The Alliance for Improving America’s Infrastructure was founded in 2007 to address the urgent need to modernize the nation’s rails, roads, ports and airports.

Formed under the leadership of the National Association of Manufacturers, the Alliance for Improving America’s Infrastructure will partner with congressional leaders, federal policymakers, manufacturers, associations and concerned citizens to introduce and pass an American Infrastructure Agenda for all modes of transportation.

The nation’s largest industrial trade association, the NAM represents small and large manufacturers in every industrial sector and in all 50 states.  Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the NAM has 11 additional offices across the country.
